Calling All EVCS Musical Parents!

download-1If you are new to EVCS or just now coming around to the idea of getting back into your musical self…

Join the EVCS Parent Band! Everyone is welcome.

We’ll provide musical accompaniment to the Festival of Lights and the Multicultural Share, and it’s a lot of fun!

In order to get ready for the Festival of Lights coming up on December 16

The inaugural practice/jam session will be this week on Thursday November 19, 6-8pm in the auditorium.

There’s some sound equipment there, so no need to schlep amps
-just bring yourselves and your instrument.

Hello, musical parents!
The family band is holding its final practice for the Festival of Lights at 6PM tomorrow (Tuesday, Dec15) night in the school auditorium. We’ll run through and troubleshoot our song list for Wednesday. Hope to see you there!

Attention, musical parents! The EVCS family band will be having anotherpractice for the Festival of Lights next Tuesday, Dec. 9 at 6PM in the school auditorium. Please join us if you can! We’ll be running through some seasonal standards, including Let It Snow, Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer, Jingle Bells, Feliz Navidad and Odessa Bulgarish, and I have chord charts for most of these if you need ’em.

So 6PM in the auditorium. If the door is locked, call me at (917) 576-2296 or Bradley at (917) 348-6763. Practice schedule is as follows:

Tuesday, Dec. 9, 6PM — practice in the auditorium
Monday, Dec. 15, 6PM — practice in the auditorium
Wednesday, Dec. 17, 9AM — Festival of Lights
