Our first Summer Camp Auction is only two days away!!
The online auction will run for ONE WEEK ONLY from
Monday, January 25 at 8:30 a.m. to Sunday, January 31 at 10 p.m.
This is the perfect time to start making summer camp plans and take advantage of a few terrific deals and introductions to new activities. We’ve managed to procure a nice selection from New York Elite to, visual art and even Steve & Kates are supporting our efforts with their popular summer fun day camp passes and weeks of camps

The Winter Jubilee live event and show that is driving this benefit,
will be a week from this Sunday, on January 31 from 6:00 – 10:00 pm
at the MERCURY LOUNGE!
This is sure to be one of the best yet! With live bands and special entertainment you will not want to miss out. The door is free, all you need to do is RSVP! We hope to see you there.
All Proceeds from the online auction and the live event will directly benefit every student at East Village Community School.

Thank you to the the gifted musicians in our community who so generously donated their talent and time: Val Kinzler on Piano/vox and her band mates, Moon Goddess: Lacy James Mandolin/vox, Michelle Fury Guitar/vox, Joseph Vasta (bass), also thanks to Bryan Schneider, Bradley Goodman, and the wonderful Kid Lucky who won the most Funky Dollars from the audience.

Dear EVCS community,
The Events Committee would like to say a giant year-end THANK YOU for the unprecedented engagement of our parent and faculty body at this year’s EVCS “fun-raising” events.
We know Halloween was a lifetime ago but just to recap: The Fall Ball raised over $3,000 in support of arts programming and we threw a great party for our kids. We cannot thank everyone enough for their dedication and generosity. Even an October snowstorm couldn’t stop this parent body from making this the most successful Fall Ball ever!
