For families that would welcome assistance in communication in English, please contact your teacher in advance by sending a note, email to your teacher to let them know you are interested and what language listed below. Provide notice as soon as possible for planning purposes and the teachers will do the best to accommodate you.

Your child’s teacher has sent home a sign-up sheet to set a conference time. Please set up a meeting to go over your child’s progress.
THERE WIL NOT BE CHILDCARE FOR CONFERENCES. IF YOUR CHILD WOULD LIKE TO SIT OUTSIDE THE CLASSROOM QUIETLY, THERE WILL BE TABLES PROVIDED.

ATTENTION PARENTS!
YOUR CHILD HAS BEEN GIVEN A LUNCH FORM. IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU FILL OUT THIS FORM IF YOU HAVE NOT DONE SO ALREADY. SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION AND RETURN OF THE FORMS WILL MEAN EXTRA MONEY FOR THE SCHOOL AND POSSIBLE SCHOLARSHIPS FOR YOUR CHILD BASED ON FINANCIAL NEED. If you need to obtain another lunch application your
child can pick up a form from your teacher at parent teacher conferences.
Early dismissal

For students currently enrolled in the EVCS After School Program: A “Bridge” Program will be offered by afterschool@evcsnyc.org.
Details will be shared very soon – directly to those families who may participate. For all other families, please be sure to make arrangements for your child to be picked up. Bussing will be running and anyone who normally takes the bus will be bussed home.
If you attend an after school program outside of EVCS – please contact your provider directly about the half day, and be sure to make arrangements for a timely pick up on Thursday, November 5.
