Fall Ball – Thank You All

halloween

Hello Amazing EVCS Families,

We did it! We pulled off yet another blow-out of a Fall Ball! No small feat and wholly due to a great amount of time and effort donated by a great number of parents!

Thank you to Each and Every One of You who helped-out, kicked-in, baked, shlepped, scared, cleaned, manned a table and shopped. It could not have happened without you and the kids had an absolute blast! So many of us participated in so many many ways, three cheers to all of us!

Dear EVCS Families

We hope everyone had a blast at the Fall Ball!
We couldn’t have asked for a nicer day (my first fall ball was during a blizzard, literally) and it was great to see so many families come out to support the school and have fun in the process.

It was truly a group effort and each team nailed it.
From the fabulous food and desserts to the craft activities and games, to the very scary haunted house, an outrageous obstacle course, to the photo booth and bouncy pumpkin, a great time was had by all.

Putting the final touches on the Fall Ball 2016

fallball pumpkin-SatOct29

Dear EVCS Families,

The Events Committee is hard at work planning and organizing the biggest family event of the year! Fall Ball is a tradition at EVCS and the kids look forward to this fun, family, school-wide costume party. This event is happily funded and organized by the EVCS Parent Association. All suggested donations received will go directly to benefit our kids at EVCS.

You can expect the return of such favorites as hand-made crafts, games, and a haunted house! There will also be a few new surprises.

The Fall Ball Carnival is being held this year on Saturday, October 29th. 12:00 – 4:00p.m. in the yard, the cafeteria, and the auditorium.

We invite the PreK – 1st Graders to arrive at 12:00 and 2nd to 5th Graders to arrive at 1:00. But if you have more than one child, by all means arrive any time you like. Families arrive in costumes, play games, do crafts, trick or treat, get spooked, enjoy good food, listen to music and have loads of fun.
