General Parent Association Meetings

All EVCS parents and guardians are invited and encouraged to attend PA general membership meetings.

•• morning meetings begin at 8:30am and take place in the school cafeteria, ToKG or the auditorium on the first floor. Typically meetings are scheduled on the fourth Wednesday of each month. Some meetings are adjusted to accommodate school holidays.  All meetings are subject to change.
•• evening meetings begin at 5:30pm in the main lobby. Childcare is provided by the PA for any evening meetings

Executive Board Meetings
Parents are also invited to attend executive board meetings, which typically take place on the third Wednesday of every month. Some meetings are adjusted to accommodate the school calendar.
Executive board meetings take place 8:40-10:00 am in the school library on the 4th floor.
