Hi EVCS Families and Space Rangers,

Our own Big Bang is happening this Saturday!

Come join us April 6th at PSNY (150 1st Ave, 4th Floor) 7-11:30pm. For our 2019 Spring Auction Gala-xy.

RSVP HERE and entrance is FREE. Or walk up and pay $10 at the door. RSVP for and bring along your most fun 21+ Friends and Family.

This year all of our glorious Teacher Playdates as well as the Principal for the Day are going to be raffled off. Tickets are $5 and For Sale one more day in the yard (drop-off and pick-up) Friday, as well as at the Gala. See the super-nova-fun raffle list and descriptions HERE.

The Events Committee and Gala Team have been working their suns and moons off and can’t wait to celebrate all our hard work. There is still time to help us out.

It’s the final stretch, our Annual Spring Gala- or this year, Spring Gala-xy- is less than two weeks away!

Please enjoy this sneak peek at a small selection of all the out-of-this-world items we have up for bid in our Silent Auction. We especially encourage you to preview the Summer Camp Deals, so you can research and come ready to bid!

Entrance is Free! Bring your Friends and Family! But don’t forget to RSVP before April 5th. It’ll be $10 at the door if you don’t.

District 1 Battle of the Family Bands March 3, 2019

The 2nd Annual District 1 Battle of the Family Bands at the Bowery Ballroom is very rapidly approaching and EVCS is ready to show up strong and take home the coveted trophy. We’ll be competing against our friends from The Earth School, PS 110, Tompkins Square Middle School and UNMS. One thing is for certain – it’s going to be really fun.

EVCS January PA Meeting – Recap and Updates

Thank you all of you who came to our PA meeting Wednesday!

Big Congratulations to 4th grade Mom, Anna, who won the Attendance Raffle- this month it was $10 to spend at Sugar Sweet Sunshine Bakery on Rivington.

Here’s the meeting recap:

Our big news is the Spring Auction Gala will be held on a new date April 6th at Performance Space NY (formerly PS122) E. 9th St and 1st Ave. This is a month earlier than originally planned so we need to start soliciting and bringing in Silent Auction items either ASAP or NOW.
