Dear EVCS Parents and Guardians,
It was a great week at EVCS. Everyone seems to be settling in. We want to remind folks that the LOST & FOUND is set up in the main lobby. Parents are permitted to stop in to look through the items, please feel free to do so. Please avoid the lobby from 8:00-9:00am and 2:30-3:30 as it serves the other school families (CWS) as their entry point. Remember to write your name and EVCS on all water bottles, lunch boxes, and jackets!

COVID Testing
COVID testing is a crucial part of our layered approach to keeping our community safe and healthy. Every week the DOE will be conducting random testing of 10% of our 1st-5th graders who have provided consent. If your child is in the 1st through 5th grade and you have not already done so, please give your consent now at your child’s NYC Schools Account. But regardless of your child’s grade, we strongly encourage all of our families to have their children tested regularly. Please note that testing is free and easy at NYC Health and Hospitals locations.
