Dear EVCS Families,

We had another great week at EVCS – remote and blended learners are going strong! Keep up the great work families, you are doing an amazing job. Even though temperatures have dropped we still encourage kids to get outside. Please be sure to layer up this time of year.

And if you have a child born in 2016, the application for Kindergarten is now open! If you’re currently enrolled in our PreK program, you need to apply for Kindergarten as well. The application deadline is January 29, 2021.

Kick off for The EVCS Winter Coat Drive! Start bringing any gently used items!
For Blended Learners, drop off at the yard during arrival and dismissal. For Remote Learners, there is a labeled bin in the Lobby from 9:00 a.m – 1:30 p.m.

Winter Coat Drive

GENTLY USED COATS WANTED
Has anyone outgrown a winter coat? Bring any gently used coats: Drop them off in a bin located in the yard or the main lobby marked EVCS COAT DRIVE! Kids and adult sizes are welcome. We invite our families to swap coats & peruse the collection.
Remaining items will be donated to New York Cares Coat Drive. We ask that items are clean before sharing and recommend washing before wearing.

Please start bringing items Monday, December 14!

Feel free to reach out with any questions. Share the warmth, help someone out in our own community and upcycle as another way to contribute.

The last day to bring coats will be Friday, December 18.

Holiday Online Market

Calling all creative makers, artists, jewelers, ornament/candlestick makers
as our PA Fundraising Committee is working on – a Virtual Holiday Market. Interested participants can SIGN UP to contribute items. All proceeds will go to the EVCS PA and every donor and buyer will be entered in our next raffle!
