Dear Parents and Guardians,

Stellar Day 2! We are all looking forward to an amazing year full of fun events, community building, and support for our kiddos.

You are automatically a member of our Parent Association and the members of the Executive Committee will be reaching out soon to welcome you and share the meeting schedule for the year. You will find these and other important dates on the EVCS calendar located on our website at evcsnyc.org

Some of you may have heard the term class parent mentioned in your teacher welcome letters or seen the recent email today about becoming a class parent. Once we have a volunteer for each class, the CP’s will be given a class list including names with email addresses. If for any reason you are not comfortable sharing your email address with the class parent, please reach out to me directly. Click here to learn more about the role of the class parent.

Water Fountains
Thanks to the generous support of our Parents Association we have
new water fountains installed in the building – but they have not yet been turned on. We are waiting for them to be tested and cleared by the Division of School Facilities (DSF). In the meantime, please send your children with full water bottles.
