What: An all-school field day of organized activities, lunch, and sprinklers.
Where: EAST RIVER PARK
BASIC SCHEDULE
All kids will come to school like any other day and have their morning meeting in the classrooms.
The classes will walk to the park around 9:00 am or 9:15 depending.

As a parent, do I have to go? No, you are welcome to if you can!
Students who regularly pack lunch will do so as usual. Those who eat school lunch or want to get school lunch will order a bagged lunch with the teachers. All lunches will be brought to the East River Park. Please include a water bottle, sunscreen and a cap or hat on picnic day.
Arrive anytime after 10am. If you plan to pick up your child from the picnic, please remember to SIGN THEM OUT with their teacher. Make arrangements ahead of time to have all of their belongings brought with them to the picnic. If you forget to do this, the school will be open. It will be a regular dismissal in the yard at 2:50pm.

All donated snacks need to arrive before 11am to the EAST RIVER PARK BBQ area ! If you cannot bring items to the park, please bring items to the school yard. We will have a collection table set up in the shade, VOLUNTEERS will help get items over to the park. WE WILL NEED EXTRA CARTS TO TAKE STUFF TO THE PARK, if anyone has a cart to lend us, please let us know. Many thanks.
