Next Wednesday (10/23) is our October General PA meeting 5:30PM-7:30PM.

Here are the minutes from Sept.’s meeting

At the Sept. meeting, we elected 2 members for the School Leadership Team.

This year’s parent members are: Abby Rubin, Craig Harwood, Katie Pawluck, Anne Bouvolo, Cresta Kruger, and Catharine Lyons. Thank you all for giving your time! SLT meets once a month to discuss school policies. Starting Wed. there will be an SLT report given at each General PA meeting. Meeting minutes are posted outside the main office.

The Fall Ball is in 11 days!

Saturday 10/27 1-4 (12pm start for grades PreK-1st)

For those of you who are new to EVCS, this is a big, fun parent-run carnival event held at school and it takes literally almost every parent to pull it off. To volunteer some of your time -Before, During and/or After- please contact the events committee.

Volunteers needed:

Friday evening set-up. 5:30-8:30

Saturday Morning Set-up: 9:30-12

During Event Volunteers:

And… CLEAN_UP! 4-6pm

Also don’t forget to carve your pumpkin for the Jack-o-Lantern Contest! Bring pre-carved pumpkins to the Fall Ball Saturday.

Our Annual Costume Swap is this Wed., Thurs. and Friday 10/17-10/19.
Bring in past year’s disguises and/ or find a new one to take. All sizes welcome!
