Hello EVCS Families, Our Annual Costume Swap is happening Oct 17-19! Bring in gently used costumes for young and old And/ Or pick out a new-to-you disguise to take with you! The swap table will be in the schoolyard Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings. (10/17-10/19) Please bring items on the day of the swaps as we are short on storage! |

Only 3 weeks until Fall Ball (Saturday, 10/27) and volunteers are needed! We need volunteers to help Set-up, Run all the different kinds of fun at the event, and Clean-up. Also we need donations of desserts, candy and supplies. You don’t need a lot of time (or even any time) to volunteer – there are so many things we are looking for including families who can bring items with them so please take a look! Your Classroom Parents will be contacting you as well regarding shifts, food and candy donations. |
