Dear EVCS families,

As this school year comes to an end we would like to ask you to complete one more survey to aid the AfterSchool@evcs Advisory Committee in identifying the level of satisfaction families have with regard to the MMCC afterschool program at EVCS. All responses are anonymous. We are looking for input from families who use Afterschool@evcs and from those who don’t. The survey is similar to the one sent in the Spring, with a few added components. We appreciate you taking the time to help with this so we can continue to monitor families level of satisfaction with the MMCC after-school program at EVCS.
