Dear Parents and Guardians,

The picnic is tomorrow (today).
This is an all-school field day of organized activities,
lunch, and sprinklers at East River Park!

All kids will come to school like any other day, starting the day in their classrooms. The classes will walk to the park starting at 9:00 a.m.

Remember:

Wear your evcs picnic shirt

Sunscreen your kids.

Pack a Lunch if you do not recall ordering one.

There will be sprinklers.

A small towel, change of dry clothes or a bathing suit under the clothes
are recommended.

Can Parents go to the Picnic ?

Parents, you are welcome to join us anytime during the picnic!
If you plan to pick up your child from the picnic, please remember to SIGN THEM OUT with their teacher! Otherwise, it will be a regular dismissal in the yard at 2:50 p.m. Kids report to afterschool activities they normally attend.

What is the Schedule ?

OTHER GOOD HABITS
• Label everything with your child’s name!
• Include a water bottle, sunscreen and a hat on picnic day!
• We’ll be outside in the sunshine all day long.
