We need your help with Picnic Snack Contributions!

Dear Parents and Guardians,

All are welcome to join us during the picnic! But we also need your help collecting refreshments to take over to the park on Picnic Day!

Help us make this an extra special day for our kids and sign up to bring in a specific item or to volunteer…

• Kindergarten Classes
• First Grade Classes
• Second Grade Classes
• Third Grade Classes
• Fourth Grade Classes
• Fifth Grade Class

All donated snacks need to arrive before 11:00 a.m. to the EAST RIVER PARK BBQ area! If you cannot bring items to the park, please bring items to the school yard by 8:30 a.m. during morning arrival. We will have a collection table set up in the shade.

DO YOU HAVE AN EXTRA CART TO LEND US?
If anyone has a cart to lend us, please bring it to the yard Friday am.
Be sure to write your name on it!

CAN YOU VOLUNTEER TO HELP OUT?
We will divide all the items into 14 sets and bring them to each class to enjoy! Parent Volunteers would be helpful to get items over to the park.

Other ways to help on Picnic Day…
The PA also needs a few more parents to help with selling PA Merchandise.

Can someone take photos and video? It is fun to document these events!
