Dear EVCS Families,
The Events Committee is hard at work planning and organizing the biggest family event of the year! Fall Ball is a tradition at EVCS and the kids look forward to this fun, family, school-wide costume party. This event is happily funded and organized by the EVCS Parent Association. All suggested donations received will go directly to benefit our kids at EVCS.
You can expect the return of such favorites as hand-made crafts, games, and a haunted house! There will also be a few new surprises.
The Fall Ball Carnival is being held this year on Saturday, October 29th. 12:00 – 4:00p.m. in the yard, the cafeteria, and the auditorium.
We invite the PreK – 1st Graders to arrive at 12:00 and 2nd to 5th Graders to arrive at 1:00. But if you have more than one child, by all means arrive any time you like. Families arrive in costumes, play games, do crafts, trick or treat, get spooked, enjoy good food, listen to music and have loads of fun.
Please do not send kids too early without supervision.
We will be setting up and it will not be safe with out childcare.
ENTRANCE IS FREE.
Games, Crafts, Face Painting, Tattoos, The Haunted House, and
The Trick-or-Treat Obstacle course are all included!
There is a suggested donation for Food, Desserts, Refreshments, Cotton Candy, the Photo Boo-th, a Portrait Artist, and the Canteen. Tickets will be sold for $1 each at the gate upon entry and can be used in combination for these items and activities. Bring a few dollars to spend. 100% of any proceeds go directly back to the PA to help support and replenish the budget.
Re: THE TYE DYE CRAFT:
Bring an article of clothing or fabric to the Fall Ball for the Tye Dye craft!
