5th Grade OPEN CALL
Interested in helping with the Haunted House?

If your child would like to participate in the Haunted House this year
at the Fall Ball, there are a few requirements:

Students must attend all 3 scheduled meetings and submit a signed behavior contract and permission form.

PARENTS: We require a minimum of 5 parent chaperones. The parent chaperones will assist in overseeing each team of student actors assigned to each one hour show time outlined in the Saturday Schedule below.

REQUIRED MEETINGS:

1) Briefing with Bradley
8:45 – 9:00 a.m. TOMORROW!!! Do not miss this briefing…
Art Room 413

2) Safety with Erik Being responsible. We will go over the behavior contract that all students and parents must sign.
We will Distribute Hardcopies of Forms at safety meeting.
11:45 a.m. -12:10 p.m. Friday
In a 5th Grade Class Room

3) Rehearsal:
10:30 -11:30 Saturday
In the Auditorium

Parents and Students:
PLEASE READ the behavior contract online (link is below), parental permission form and chaperone call are also online and can be filled out at the links below.
WE WILL SEND HARD COPIES OF THE BEHAVIOR CONTRACT HOME FRIDAY IN BACKPACKS to be returned Saturday a.m. Please be sure to sign them. Thank you.

12-1 Show Time: Students and Chaperone Report to your assigned location

1-2 Show Time: Students and Chaperone Report to your assigned location

2-3 Show Time: Students and Chaperone Report to your assigned location

3-4 Show Time: Students and Chaperone Report to your assigned location
