Dear EVCS Families,

Did you know that our school has a ceramics kiln? It’s located in Maggie’s art room on the 4th floor and we are inviting all the adults in our community to take advantage of this amazing resource at an after-school hand-building pottery class.

The class will be taught by a seasoned ceramics professional over the course of 6 weeks. It’s a great way to get together with other parents and get creative. Perfect for beginners or those with more experience. A lot can be made with hand building – mugs, plates, bowls, small sculptures, etc.

This will be a small class with 8 spaces. The fee is $100 for all 6 classes which includes materials. All projects must be completed during class time. If we have a lot of interest we will put together a list for future classes. And, for this class kids are not allowed. We are talking about doing future parent/child classes so let us know if you would be interested in that.
