Are you over “the lost water bottle”? It seems to be impossible to hang on to them even if your name is on it. If you have any great tips, please share! Someone mentioned clipping it to the backpack and reminding kids after they take a drink, to clip it back onto the backpack, let’s hope we don’t lose the backpack! LOST & FOUND Is located in the main lobby at the west end left of the vending machine. If your time is not there it may still be in transit. It takes time to get there.

Lice are back (or maybe they never left)
In any case, please keep any eye out and check your children regularly… there were two cases found and treated immediately.
We send home a purple letter in backpacks to remind parents to be proactive. The current DOE policy is that students with nits (lice eggs) may remain in school. Children with live head lice must go home and may return once they are lice free which is usually the next day after treatment. In both instances parents will be notified immediately and immediate treatment is strongly recommended. I encourage all parents to regularly check their child’s hair. If you have any questions please feel free to call or email me. I have gathered a lot of helpful information and I am happy to share it.
