Curriculum Night Child Care
In order to receive Child Care during Curriculum Night on
Tuesday, September 16, 2014 5:30-8:30 PM,
you Must RSVP your child Here By Monday, September 15th

▪ One RSVP per child.
▪ Cost $5 per child. Please pay James at drop off.
▪ Only EVCS students are eligible. No siblings please.
▪ Deadline to RSVP is Tuesday, 9/15/14 at 3 PM.

CURRICULUM NIGHT SCHEDULE
5:30-6:30 — Mingle in the lobby with food/drink. An Information Table will including the Parent Association and Committees, EVCS After-school information, other After-school Program Contact Information. We will also have school wide prints, t-shirts and cd’s for sale in the lobby at this time.

6:30-7:00 — Whole school in auditorium

7:00-7:45 — In classrooms with teachers

7:45-8:30 — Open door time — Parents can talk to the out-of-classroom teachers (art, music, dance, guidance) or stop in to see other teachers if needed.
