Why do I need to create a WordPress account?
WordPress is the platform our website is built and managed on. The auction feature is embedded in our website therefore; you will need to create an account in order to complete a bid. EVCS will not use your information other than for the purpose of the online Auction.

What if I have a question regarding auction item?
When you click on a specific item, you will see “Send Private Message” tab. You can use this method to send us a question or comment or you can simply email to Please mention the item name and number.

Where can I see the retail value of an item?
If a value is other than “Priceless” it’ll shown in the item description box.

What the “Current Price” refer to?
Current Price is the value of the item in any given point. If there are no bids yet, the value will be the starting bid amount. Any bids (including the first one) cannot be the same as the “current price” value. It should be “current price” + bid increment. For example, if a current amount is $100 and the increment is $50, the next bid should be at least $150.

What does it mean “Reserve price has been met”?
A reserve price is the lowest price at which the item will be sold. The amount of the reserve price isn’t shown to the bidders, but they will see that the listing has a reserve price that has or has not been met.

What is bid increment?
The bid increment is the amount by which a bid will be raised each time the current bid is outdone. It is predetermined based on the current high bid.

How do I know what is the bid increment?
The bid increment will be displayed in the description box.

Will I get a notification if I’m out bid?
No. You will have to check the online auction periodically and place new bids.

When does the auction end?
Online auction will conclude 2/28/18 AT 11:00 pm

If I am the winning bidder how will I know, how do I pay and how do I collect my item? Once the auction is completed, you will receive an email congratulating you on winning. Although the email will say payment is by check, please know that we will accept any form of payment: Cash, Check, PayPal and credit card. Contact us to arrange payment and pick-up of the item at
