If you have not done so by now, complete a BLUE EMERGENCY CARD and return it to your teacher! It is extremely important for you to indicate the people to whom your child can be released. We need updated emergency contact for all of our students. And please make sure to write legibly.
Hopefully your child’s dismissal plans are coming together for the school year. If you haven’t already, CLICK HERE to complete the DISMISSAL SURVEY for all of your children. We need to know how your child is being dismissed every day. If plans change, please give your child’s teacher 24-hours notice so that we can make sure everyone is where they need to be.
If you have any questions, please contact Liz at firstname.lastname@example.org.
While school lunch is now FREE for all students in the NYC public school system, we still need SCHOOL MEALS FORMS filled out to make this program a success. All parents, regardless of income, must still complete a School Meals Form so that our schools get access to federal funding for this program and others. Please complete the form online at http://nyc.applyforlunch.com by December 29, 2017.

Lice! Please make it a habit to check your child(ren) regularly. We conduct school wide lice screenings when we know about multiple reports, but at this time only a few students have been identified. If you notice excessive itching on the scalp, this could be a sign. I highly recommend and encourage everyone to be proactive about lice. Read up on it and be aware that they are always around. They are are a nuisance you want to avoid if you can and/or catch early. For more information about lice click here.
