Lice: We did an all-school lice check on Wednesday. Any student with nits was given a note to bring home. We ask that everyone be proactive by checking your children regularly. If your child was absent on Wednesday, they will be screened when the clinician returns for a follow-up visit next week.
Thank you for being persistent in helping keep the lice under control.

Stomach bug: A note from our nurse, Mavis: For those children with a fever, vomiting and stomach ache, keep them home for 48 hours. For those only experiencing a fever, keep them home for 24 hours. This time begins after the fever breaks or when they stop feeling ill. We want to try to minimize spreading the bug if we can!

Have a restful weekend. Get healthy and stay healthy!

Warmly,
James
